Villa Imagine is a large, beautifil villa with private pool in Visnjan, Istria, Croatia.
Its spacious garden and private pool is perfect for spanding an ideal summer vacation in Istria.
Not far from the sea, walking distance to the centar of Visnjan, but yet in a nice location surrounded with private houses. The house is spacious, it consists of a large living area, dining area with fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower downstairs. There is also a storage with washing machine and a dryer. The dining area overlooks a stunning pool. There is also a covered terrace near the pool with large table and chairs. There are sunbeds around the pool and swings for the children in the garden. Thre is a BBQ as well. Upstairs, there are 2 morre double bedrooms , each with en suite bathrooms. The garden is fully fenced and there are 3 parking places inside the property. The pool can be heated in pre and post season with an extra cost.

- Arrival out of office opening hours: Arrange collection of the keys with the agency. The remaining amount must be paid the following day at the reception.
- The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.
- We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination.
- During the low-season check in and check-out hours are flexible. Contact the agency to discuss possibilities .
- Refund of security deposit hand delivered on the departure day

Cleaning service: cleaning ladies cleaned the house superficially
Arrival: we didn't find any essential items upon arrival (sugar, salt, a bottle of water, not enough toilet paper and trashbags..), although we expected it.

Arrival: we didn't find any essential items upon arrival (sugar, salt, a bottle of water, not enough toilet paper and trashbags..), although we expected it. Old refrigerator and too small for eight people. Two sunbeds were broken, the cleaning nets for the pool were very old, almost broken There are a lot of insects in the area, so insect nets on the doors and all windows would've been useful. Three tables in total, but only one old tablecloth. The washing machine had a water leak. The trash hadn't been picked up for a long time. |

However, the essentials mentioned such as sugar, salt, a bottle of water, not enough toilet paper, and trash bags are not included in the accommodation price. The villa is a self-catering property and toilet paper is provided for arrival, not throughout the stay, with trash bags. Regarding salt and sugar- many houses do not offer them because the owners consider the house needs to be empty from such things to allow the guests to purchase and have what they want. On the other hand, some owners do provide some sugar and salt but that depends on the owners' opinion of what the property should be prepared and what they consider hygienic. A bottle of water is not obligatory to leave. It is important to mention that none of the items mentioned were specified on the reservation and to avoid any misunderstanding it would have been great if youany other guests had asked whether these were provided. Regarding the cleaning- we were with you at the check-in and have not found anything that would point to the house was not clean enough. Of course, one can notice a lot more by staying in the house. In such cases, we are at your disposal and additional cleaning could have been provided if we were aware of it. We always emphasize that we are at your disposal, give our cards with our address so you can even visit us at our agency anytime and report any issue. We ask guests to report issues within 24 hours upon arrival if we have missed seeing something. Nevertheless, we hope you had a great holiday and enjoyed your stay at Villa Imagine. |
